Our ancient has talked legend of Kappa.
I introduce one of the stories.
"The kappa dragging the horse"
Once upon a time, a boy who is the shinya's son comes with his horse to Obako pool in Tono of Iwate prefecture.
While the boy is playing away, a kappa comes out from the pool. He tries to drag the horse into the pool. But, the horse is stronger than him. So, he is dragged by horse and goes to the stable. So he hides in the manger.
But the inhabitants think it's strange that the manger is upside-down.
They try to open the manger.
They find the kappa's hands coming out from under the manger.
With this, he is caught.
But they unchain him after he promises that he won't get into mischief.
?????????????????????????????<end>
This story is one of a lot of kappa stories.
In other stories, kappa appears in toilet, sends a letter, play Sumo, and so on.
